Every city Hunnu Construction serves gets the same starting point: an in-home design consultation to measure the actual kitchen and talk through what it needs, followed by one crew carrying the project through cabinets, countertops, flooring and backsplash — on its own or together as a full renovation. What changes from city to city isn't the service, it's the kitchens themselves — an older Seattle home raises different layout questions than a newer Sammamish build, and a Woodinville property on well water has different plumbing considerations than a Kirkland waterfront lot.

That's why each city below has its own page rather than one generic service-area description repeated eleven times. The sequence a project follows — cabinets confirmed first, countertops templated to them, flooring and backsplash finishing the room — stays the same everywhere. What's worth knowing about the specific city it's happening in doesn't.

Seattle is close enough to Hunnu Construction's Bellevue base to be part of the working service area, with Ballard and Magnolia as the two neighborhoods worked in most consistently, alongside the rest of the city on a case-by-case basis.
